Intellectual Property Disclaimer

SMR UK Ltd (“SMR UK”) is the sole owner of the patented binder technology commercially known as SMR, including but not limited to its proprietary formulation, manufacturing process, and performance characteristics. These innovations are protected under applicable intellectual property laws and registered patents.

In addition, SMR UK exclusively owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the SMR® trademark and a portfolio of associated trademarks registered under the SMR name. These trademarks are registered across multiple classes, including but not limited to Classes 1, 4, 19, 37, and 40, and are protected under national and international trademark laws. Any use of these trademarks without the prior written authorisation of SMR UK is strictly prohibited.

Any unauthorised use, manufacture, sale, marketing, distribution, promotion, or representation of products or services utilising or claiming association with SMR UK’s proprietary technology or trademarks — without an express written license or supply agreement from SMR UK — constitutes a material infringement of SMR UK’s intellectual property rights and will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under law.

Such unauthorised use not only infringes SMR UK’s legal rights but also carries significant risks of product underperformance, failure, and reputational and commercial harm to customers, contractors, and the broader industry.

SMR UK actively monitors the market and works closely with legal advisors, regulatory bodies, and enforcement authorities. We reserve all rights to take legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief, account of profits, and claims for damages, against any entity or individual found to be infringing upon our intellectual property or trademark rights.
